Elevator Maintenance Package One: Check, Clean, and Grease (CCG)
This package provides basic services at a moderate monthly cost. If any technical problems occur with the elevator, the customer will be billed separately for the repairs. There will be a monthly visit by our technicians per contracted unit.
Elevator Maintenance Package Two: CCG and Two Monthly Callbacks
This package is ideal for hotels where elevators undergo rough handling due to guests' luggage, room service carts blocking doors, and children playing with buttons. With this package, we offer two callbacks per month. However, if significant spare parts are required to repair the elevator, the customer will be charged. There will be a monthly visit by our technicians per contracted unit.
Elevator Maintenance Package Three: CCG and Unlimited Callbacks
This package is like the Collision Damage Waiver for rental cars and is ideal for customers who need maximum uptime for their elevators. With this package, we offer 24/7 services and come at any hour of the day. We fix regular troubles without extra charges to the customer, ensuring that elevator operations fit your budget.
